All bookings are taken on a Saturday to Saturday
basis (but please contact us for
dates over the Xmas/New Year 2010/2011 period).
The
above prices are all inclusive of heating, electricity, and bed linen.
Towels
are provided and are included in the prices.
Well-behaved dogs, maximum 2, are welcome by prior arrangement (free of charge).
A 20%
non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the
remaining balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Payment
in full is required at the time of booking if there are less than 6
weeks remaining until the start of your holiday.
We do
not charge a booking fee.
In the
event of cancellation, payments (other than the deposit) will be
refunded only if we are successful in re-letting the week(s) you
have booked. It is therefore wise to effect appropriate holiday
cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation insurance is not included with your booking
as current UK financial services' regulations prevent us from offering
it but your
insurance company or insurance broker should be able to assist in
arranging this cover.
In order
to place a booking, we require a completed Booking Form together with
the appropriate payment by cheque or crossed postal order.
We regret
that, as a small business, we are unable to accept payment by credit or
debit card. However, most credit card companies now offer the facility
of credit card cheques and you could certainly use one of those to pay
for your holiday.
Payments from outside the UK will be accepted provided
that they are made in GB pounds sterling. We are happy to take payment
via International Bank Transfer on the strict understanding that you
please accept full responsibility for all the bank charges.
